Jeffrey Stout

Prior to forming BlueSky, Jeff spent 18 years as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Accenture. Jeff started BlueSky in 2006 after three former clients all told him, “Jeff, you should start your own firm.” BlueSky has since grown into a thriving company with an impressive team and client roster. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid runner and has completed the Los Angeles Marathon three times as well as dozen half marathons. He enjoys travel and his favorite spots are Telluride, Carmel and Kauai. His real passion is vintage automobiles and racing. He has competed in the 2003 La Carrera Panamerica in Mexico and the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion in Laguna Seca. He likes life at 145mph.
Cliff Schenkhuizen
Principal
Cliff Schenkhuizen has over 18 years of experience in business and technology consulting with deep technical skills. His background includes 10 years at Accenture, where he specialized in assisting global companies in the Media & Entertainment and Financial Services industries. Cliff then joined Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, where he was part of the regional leadership team. Cliff’s patience and energy serve him well outside of work. He holds a black belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido and enjoys training with his son. Outside of the martial arts studio, you can find Cliff boarding on the slopes or crossing the finish line of a triathlon.
Nikolas Healy
Search Consultant
Nikolas Healy joined BlueSky as part of the Executive Search team with the primary responsibilities of sourcing and identifying top tier candidates for BlueSky clients. Nik is a graduate of the University of Southern California and was a two-time NCAA Water Polo Champion. Nik split his first years after university between coaching water polo and playing at an elite level as a member of the 2009 Swedish National team. Nik is a dual citizen of the USA and Sweden. He travels extensively and is a sports and live music fanatic.
Sean Nelsen
Search Associate
Sean graduated from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business with a potent, double emphasis in Operations and Information Management. He’s had plenty of opportunities to put those skills to the test while working for a variety of non-profits organizing teams of volunteers to support entrepreneurial empowerment in developing countries. Sean’s roots are in the Rocky Mountains where he grew up and lives today. His to do list includes camping, fly fishing, cycling, skiing, soccer and hockey. When not enjoying the great outdoors you’re likely to find him restoring vintage bicycles or searching for the latest up and coming band.
Vaishnavi Gomadam
Search Associate
Vaishnavi is a graduate of Georgia Tech where she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining BlueSky, she worked as a communications, media and telecom consultant in Accenture’s Atlanta office where she led several large-scale transformation projects involving E2E Oracle implementations. Vaishnavi’s out of office experiences are focused on traveling the world with her family in search of new places to explore and trying to keep up with her young daughter. And if you happen to be in Atlanta in the right place at the right time you might just find Vaishnavi putting her Bharatanatyam (classic Indian dancing) skills on display in a performance.
Rebecca McKenzie
Finance and Operations
Becca came to BlueSky from Accenture’s IT Strategy & Transformation practice. Within Accenture, she focused on program management, primarily for IT transitions supporting mergers and acquisitions. Becca grew up in southeast Michigan and graduated from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of BlueSky, Becca stays active by working out and chasing after a little one. She relaxes by watching documentaries on history or science. Becca enjoys a great meal out, but is also an aspiring at-home gourmet and loves to cook. She can always find an excuse to bake and decorate a delicious cake.
Daisy Phillips
Finance and Operations
Daisy Phillips joined BlueSky after working in the consumer and industrial products group within the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). While at PwC, she worked on various audits of public clients, and later transitioned to Portfolio Manager for her team with responsibilities for team deployment, conflict resolution, talent management, and operations. Outside of BlueSky, Daisy enjoys the sweat, tears and smiles of motherhood and says that being a mom is the best job she’s ever had. She also believes in giving back by volunteering at her Church and within her community. She stays active by working out (when not chasing after her kids). In her spare time, Daisy is an aspiring author and Etsy entrepreneur.
