We love a challenge so we jumped at the chance to help one of the Big 4 advisory firms build out and staff their financial services practice. With significant sales potential looming in banking, capital markets and the insurance industry, there was a need to ramp up on an aggressive timeline.

BlueSky sourced, screened and presented qualified candidates quickly. We developed a very close working relationship with the firm’s recruiting team for the new practice. Regular cadence and status calls were established to proactively manage the candidate pipeline and ensure any updates or changes to the client’s hiring needs were clearly understood.

During a three year period, BlueSky was able to source, present and place 72 consultants at the Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels. That’s right, 72!
