Our client is the largest and fastest growing on-site radiology practice in the US.  They are an innovative practice focused on transforming how radiologists provide consistently exceptional services to hospitals, imaging centers, referring physicians and patients.  They are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage initiatives to onboard large groups of physicians and integrate payor enrollment of new practice partnerships. As a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, this individual will be managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and ensure successful delivery of projects.


  • Manage large projects to ensure enrollment of physicians from new and existing practices is occurring timely
  • Lead projects to transition responsibilities or integrate teammates as new practices join the organization
  • Ensure change of ownership documentation is submitted and approved with payors
  • Assist with new practice partnerships to insure uninterrupted revenue flow
  • Manage entity setup and documentation
  • Develop necessary reporting to manage team effectively
  • Deliver high quality service to operations team and ensure tight credentialing deadlines are met
  • Provide updates on credentialing status to RCM leadership team



  • 3+ years of experience managing large projects and integrating businesses
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Physician payor credentialing/provider enrollment experience strongly preferred
  • Must possess experience working with large, rapidly growing physician groups
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Pecos, and BUCHA payors preferred
  • Working knowledge of professional payor credentialing requirements, policies, and procedures preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Creative problem solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles to ensure quick response
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
