Jeffrey Stout.

Founder and President, BlueSky Professional Services Group

Prior to forming BlueSky, Jeff spent 18 years as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Accenture. Jeff started BlueSky in 2006 after three former clients all told him, “Jeff, you should start your own firm.” BlueSky has since grown into a thriving company with an impressive team and client roster. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid runner and has completed the Los Angeles Marathon four times. He enjoys traveling the world and loves spending time in his wife’s home country of Argentina. She jokes that he knows more about Argentina than she does! His real passion is vintage automobiles and racing. He has competed in the La Carrera Panamerica in Mexico and the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. He likes life at 145mph.

Rebecca McKenzie.

Finance & Operations Director

Becca came to BlueSky from Accenture’s IT Strategy & Transformation practice. Within Accenture, she focused on program management, primarily for IT transitions supporting mergers and acquisitions. Becca grew up in southeast Michigan and graduated from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of BlueSky, Becca stays active by paddle boarding, working out at the gym and running her two boys to soccer and hockey practices. She enjoys a great meal out, but also loves to cook, especially anything with chocolate.

Catherine Barnes.

Search Associate

With experience at a large recruiting firm where she identified top talent, plus several years as a Smith Barney financial advisor working with capital markets and finance, Catherine brings a unique point of view to her role at BlueSky. A born and bred Chicago native and DePaul University graduate, Catherine traded the Midwest for the West Coast and now calls Redondo Beach home. Outside of work, she enjoys beach volleyball, practicing her growing Spanish language skills and baking treats with her daughter and son.

Vaishnavi Gomadam.

Search Associate

Vaishnavi is a graduate of Georgia Tech where she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining BlueSky, she worked as a communications, media and telecom consultant in Accenture’s Atlanta office where she led several large-scale transformation projects involving E2E Oracle implementations. Vaishnavi’s out of office experiences are focused on traveling the world with her family in search of new places to explore and trying to keep up with her young daughter. And if you happen to be in Atlanta in the right place at the right time you might just find Vaishnavi putting her Bharatanatyam (classic Indian dancing) skills on display in a performance.

Christina Kahn.

Search Executive

With a background in traditional media, Christina began her career in broadcast television advertising sales for Katz Media Group and NBC. Later, she was inspired by the growth of digital media and joined a start-up in a marketing role where she developed social and digital campaigns aimed at driving product awareness and sales. In the course of her work, she became IAB certified in Digital Media Sales. When she’s not putting her media expertise to work or proudly cheering on her two teenagers at swim meets and basketball games, Christina is in the water herself competing in ocean races or enjoying the challenge of a crossword puzzle.

Jeff Lombardo.

Principal

Jeff Lombardo joined BlueSky after working in the Business & Systems Integration Practice of Accenture, aligned to Financial Services. He is proud to partner with several prestigious consulting firms as well as industry clients across a variety of sectors. Jeff is passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with both his clients and candidates. Outside of BlueSky, you can find Jeff with his wife and two kids or surfing some perfect, warm weather waves!

Mora Anselmo.

Operations Associate

Mora studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Language in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before joining the BlueSky team, she worked as a Spanish teacher at Vamos Academy for foreign students. Now that Mora is working for BlueSky, she is always eager to learn more about the sourcing and search world. Outside of the office, you might find her reading, writing (whenever the inspiration comes) and spending time with her friends and cat. She is always ready for an opportunity to travel so she can get to know new places and cultures.

Lorena Fernandez.

Sourcing Associate

Lorena comes to BlueSky after her studies in human resources in Mérida, Venezuela and time working in recruiting at Accenture in Buenos Aires. She grew up in the Caribbean Andes region of South America and in her spare time loves to enjoy nature, travel and connecting with new people.

Josefina Houssay.

Sourcing Associate

Josefina first worked as a recruiter for Accenture and prior to that, she studied at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) with a focus on psychology. Outside of the office, you will probably find Josefina singing, exercising, exploring different restaurants and spending time with family and friends. Otherwise, her passion is traveling and getting the opportunity to know different parts of the world.

Kim Ryan.

Project Delivery Account Executive

Kim is a recognized leader in project/program management as well as strategic business and IT implementations. Early in her career, Kim was drawn to management consulting and consulted with three of the big four consulting firms (McKinsey, PwC and Deloitte Consulting) for over 15 years. She then spent time as an independent consultant, as well as with BlueSky PSG, which led her to Kinecta Federal Credit Union where she spent a total of 13 years in leadership roles. Given Kim’s strong passion for management consulting, she recently re-joined BlueSky PSG where she is currently staffed as a project manager for a major Financial Services client.
