This organization has historically focused its sales and marketing efforts on ultra-high net worth and institutional investors. But they were looking to pivot and put a greater emphasis on developing relationships with smaller investors in order to create new revenue opportunities. A new marketing team was needed, one that could leverage the digital medium to attract, convert and retain those smaller investors.

A significant focus of the client’s transformation involved creating an engine that could deliver personalized, client-centric experiences via a marketing automation platform. BlueSky was hired to source, screen and recruit the digital marketing team that would lead the charge to automation. These roles included the Digital Marketing Platform Lead, Digital Marketing Campaign Lead, Marketing Automation Manager and Marketing Engineering Lead.
