A leading Fixed Income Asset Management firm was saddled with a legacy security system that was owned and managed by a third-party. This “management by proxy” arrangement had become cumbersome and slow. The client needed a solution that would enable them to keep up with the increasingly frenetic pace of change in the market and maintain adherence to constantly shifting regulatory requirements.

Action.

The first step involved developing a deep understanding of our client’s business needs.
